Application for Registration
Dear Colleagues,
This Course has offered 200 positions for participants. One hundred places have been reserved for guests from the other countries and one hundred places are appointed to nephrologists from Serbia. The positions are available on “First come, first served” basis. Participants should apply for CME Course through On-Line Application Form as soon as possible. Young nephrologists at the beginning of their career are particularly encouraged to submit their application.
We would appreciate if you could complete this application not later than February 1, 2009.
According to ERA-EDTA rules, registration fee will not be charged, but application for this CME Course is mandatory both for registration and participation at Course.
