The official language is English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

Badges:

All registered participants will receive a personalized badge when collecting registration documents. This badge must be clearly visible at all the times and grants access to the Scientific Sessions and the Industrial Exhibition.

Registration and Information desk:

The registration and information desk will be located at the Congress Center “Sava”. In order to register please read Registration procedure. The desk will operate on Saturday, February 21st: 8.00 – 17.00 hours.

Lunch and Coffee:

Lunch will be served in the Restaurant at the Congress Center “Sava”. Coffee and mineral water will be served in various points in the exhibition area, during breaks.

Visa and Passports:

Citizens from most European Countries will need a valid passport and visa. Make sure that you have a valid visa for Serbia. Please find more information at: http://www.mfa.gov.yu/Consularaffairs.htm. Please contact your travel agency regarding the necessity of issuing visa. Upon request, the Organizer will be pleased to send a personal letter of invitation so as to enable participants to obtain visa for attending the Course. On request, the Course Organizer (info@congrexpo.co.rs) will be pleased to send letters of invitation to the delegates. This letter, however, does not constitute any commitment by the Organizers to cover accommodation, travel expenses or other costs connected to the participation in the Course. The Organizer will not be held responsible for visas not granted.

Travel to Belgrade:

Belgrade, offer an international airport, linked with all major European cities. Furthermore, Belgrade can be easily reached from all Central / Eastern / South European cities countries, by train, bus or car.

Transportation:

Upon request and contact to Course Organizer, the transportation from Belgrade airport will be organized. You may reserve airport transfer by completing the Travel Application Form. Review your arrival and departure dates to ensure they are correct, indicate your flight details and fax it to +381 11 2686 024 or e-mail to info@congrexpo.co.rs. You will receive an acknowledgement from the Course Organizer either by fax, or email.

Accommodation:

The Course Organizer has reserved a sufficient number of hotel rooms located near the congress venue. Categories vary from five star hotels to tourist hotels. Belgrade attracts many tourists and there is a strong demand for accommodation, so please make sure to reserve your hotel room at the special congress discount rate by booking through Course Organizer as soon as possible. You can make your booking via the online form or use the Travel Application Form. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation giving the name and address of the hotel. Companies are requested to block-book rooms for their delegates in advance with the Course Organizer. For all cancellations and changes, contact the Course Organizer directly. Any cancellation or change must be made in writing.

Weather:

Frosts in February. Common cold February with average precipitation quantity. In Belgrade forecasted value of February minimum air temperature will be -0.6ºС and mean maximum air temperature during will be around 4.2º С. Mean precipitation quantity will amount to around 20 mm.
